Now I have told you how we fared at our stops in Tennessee and Kentucky at The World’s Longest Yard Sale, but I have yet to show you any real pictures of our purchases, until now. You ask, and you shall receive.
Below are a few of the smaller items we picked up along the way, which include a few old wooden crates, a vintage bread tin, old locks and keys (to use on tables, wine boxes etc), old metal floor jacks, and wheels which I will use on handmade tables ( I am a sucker for anything metal, and old-looking).
And here are some of the bigger items, a wooden dry bar (which I will be painting, and changing out the hardware), some antique dollies/carts to turn into tables, an already refurbished telephone table, a tall vintage crate (which I will turn into a side table), awesome soda fountain chairs, and ottomans that will also be refurbished!
Please keep in mind, this is only a sampling of some of the pieces we picked up on our journey. Other items include:
Vintage Glass Bottles
Vintage Fan
Pyrex Dishes
China Set
5 Vintage Wooden Folding Chairs
Old Window
Small School Chairs
Antique Side Tables
Set of Wrought Iron Chairs
Copper Teapot
Glass Barware
Dishes, Teacups
And numerous other small items I can’t even remember! Now having all of this stuff means projects, projects, projects! I can’t wait to get to work and show you what we do with many of the amazing pieces we found!
Can’t wait for all the projects! It’s going to be so cool to see what you turn everything into:)
I can’t wait to see, looks so exciting – keep posting!
